We asked a random sampling of our group life and disability clients to rate their implementation experience on a scale of 1-5 (with 1 being ‘poor’ and 5 being ‘outstanding’).
Questions asked include:
- Was the implementation process fully explained during your kick-off call?
- Did the implementation manager follow up with an email documenting key takeaways from each call/meeting?
- Following your call, did you feel confident you understood the process and had access to resources if further assistance was needed?
100% of respondents answered ‘yes’ to all of the above and Symetra received an overall satisfaction rating of 4.7 out of 5!
